Abysmal build quality. Can hear every footstep of people upstairs. Buildings only look good on the outside, the hallways and stairwells are beat up after barely a year. "Balcony" door leaks water every time it rains. Only positives are location and availability of gigabit internet. Glad I moved out.

RecommendedWe have lives at Village Green since November 2019 and they have been amazing! All the maintenance people have been so friendly and quickly sort out any problems! the staff in the office have been quick at responding and remember who you are! (that impressed/shocked me!) as well and quickly giving you answers to any questions you have! and during quarantine they have been doing fun Social Distancing activies for awesome prizes! I highly recommend this complex!

RecommendedI am so grateful to live in a community that is quiet, safe and clean. Especially in these times of social distancing. I love having my own laundry room with a washer and dryer in my apartment. I do not have to share with anyone. I love having a separate entrance, again that I do not have to share with anyone.The office team and the maintenance team are responsive and polite. The community is quiet, safe and clean. I am happy to be safe at home at Village Place.💗

HORRIBLE experience by Kristin in the front office, hangs up on you when you voice concerns and then calls back when she knew she messed up. Thankfully we only signed a 6 month lease!

Let me start by saying these apartments are “spectacular”. Down to the layout, design, amenities, location, and STAFF are top notch in my opinion. Evelyn Lugo in the main office since the first day we took our tour with her til this day has always been professional and kind.
