The new manager seems great, I like it as it seems pretty quiet and you very rarely hear any of the neighbors and the new maintenance guy is pretty laid back and cool.
I have lived at Timberhills for five years and will continue to do so. Walnut street noise can get annoying at nap time but the quiet and peace of the complex trumps it. Management and maintenance are friendly and on top of things and I’ve never put in a maintenance request that took over a business day to get looked at. The apartments and grounds stay cleaned and kept up and there is plenty of parking available. I can’t think of a single issue I’ve had with the apartment, neighbors, or staff, it’s been awesome. dont rent here this place is to expenese and they make up chagrges when you move out if you do live here good luck with getting your deposit back
