Don’t be fooled by the “luxury” label. Yes, the apartment interiors look nice, but that’s about the only thing worth paying for. We were paying nearly $2,000 a month for a one-bedroom, and what we got in return was an absolute nightmare. The property is disgusting — hallways constantly smell bad, trash is left everywhere, and the entire community is rundown. Security is nonexistent. I have tried to hold off giving a bad review but I think Ive had enough 1. The whole complex is completely decaying, specially the 2nd building that of course they won’t show when you tour 2. Residents are the worst, trash everywhere, dog piss and poop everywhere. 3. I live amongst thieves, my truck got stolen Tuesday morning and my SPARKLING WATER that just got delivered got also stolen. Lived here for 5 years the place is safe and nice but the management and front office changes every few months. They’re insanely unorganized. Each month you will pay something different and there are added charges with no explanations. Then they will act like they’re so busy and can’t back to you. When you leave they will act like you need to pay 3 months in utilities and when you fight it they will say it’s out of their hands to contact someone else. Tee at the leasing office was very nice and helpful.
I thoroughly enjoyed touring this place! Tee was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the amenities & the apartments layouts. From the beginning, she took into consideration what it was I was looking for & was able to tailor my preferences to the PERFECT apartment. From when I walked into the door to when I left, I felt like she had my best interest at heart. I loved the tour and apartment so much I applied before I left. Tee really set the tone.
