I’m not willing to compromise on my non-negotiables or delay my move-out date due to someone else's oversight. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Complex was cute. Daisy made a huge mistake. She showed me an apartment that was already looked at and was pending a deposit. I told her that I was ready to start the process. She called me at 2:45 and told me that the person had paid the deposit. The apartment was no longer available. Bad communication and terrible customer service. Sorry but I'm not going to sacrifice my non negotiables or push out my move out date because she made a mistake. I'll take my money elsewhere.
It’s so nice, honestly the people here seem very respectful and the pool is so fun to be at with family & friends. Overall it just nice apartments to be at.
I have lived here for almost two years and it has been a very good experience. There have been several changes in administration, some good and others not so good, but currently everything is under control, excellent maintenance of the areas, the pool and very nice people.
