I wish I could leave a zero star review but I can’t. The first couple of months everyone so nice but now they want to charge us for everything that’s outside of our control. There has been a smell of a dead animal for about a week now we put in a work order and someone came out after I called to find out the status. They “resolved” the issue by ‘cleaning’ out the pipe under the sink. We put in another work order and they stated that they are going to be charging to have a plumber sent out. I stayed here for almost 2 years and the day I moved in the older maintenance guy told me and everybody at my house that Maria had him just put the unit together so I could move in, wow. This was told to us as he was having to fix plumbing in the kitchen our first day there. Then when it would rain water would leak in through the roof and go into the wall over the front door I told them about this for months, it was making the walls soft.
