I’m only leaving 2 stars opposed to 1 due to the fact I heard that 2 star reviews are harder to get rid of. I would NOT move here and I would NOT rent an Air BnB from here. They remodeled some units and apparently got new management from the last time there were strings of bad reviews, which is why we gave it a shot while in a crunch needing to move to the area with an “aggressive breed,” that is only acceptable in so many rentals. Great place to live, comfortable, clean, quiet and also the landlord is a great person it was a pleasure for my and my family rent there.
They were always nice and helped out quickly if any issues came up. Cozy place to live.
So far after a year of living here, it's been just fine! Since a new maintenance person George has been on the scene it has been more pleasant and cleaner around apartment complex. I pretty much see George daily making his rounds thru out the complex! Things definitely get fixed or replaced with George around. After 1 year living here and George doing his thing to keep place running smoothly, we where more then happy to sign lease for another year! The maintenance guy George is very nice and great when fixing up everything around the complex he always makes sure everything is clean and fixes anything he sees wrong that’s what I like as a tenant George deserves a raise for all his hard work he does for this place! HE’S THE GOAT
