I am the tenant at this property and they are very quick in maintenance issue resolution….
Great place to live! Loved the location and management! It’s perfectly tucked away yet also conveniently close to everything. Units are updated and clean and when there’s an issue maintenance is quick to resolve the issue! Highly recommend to small families and families with pets!
This has been our home away from home ❤️. Living here has been a true blessing. Convenient location nearby stores restaurants without busy street noice. Gorgeous Lucious trees around. Our Yorkie Luna loves the dog park. Neighbors are kind and service is great. Very attentive to our needs.
Apartments are nice. Maintenance suck. I lived with squirrels in my roof for the entire year. Half the summer with no air conditioner. No damage upon exit and did not receive my security deposit back! I paid my rent on time every month! They are so unorganized they tried to charge me rent after my lease ended. Avoid if you can. It’s low rent so understandable if you have to live there. But if you can afford something else. Do it!
Issac, Joe, and the rest of the staff did an excellent job with the newly renovated units. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly and we never had issues with the other residents. A lovely place to live!
