Great experience! Working team very proficient at what they do. Debris cleaned up and magnet sweep for nails at the end of each business day. From start to finish emails once a week for status updates. Not guessing when things might show up. I highly recommend this contractor!
My husband and I recently had Timbercrest Roofing install a new roof on our home and detached garage. Both of us operate home businesses; even with the roof installation our businesses ran smoothly. The staff was very accommodating to our needed as home owners AND business owners. The quality of workmanship was excellent, the detail and precision were outstanding. We found a leak,so called Timbercrest. They came out the next day and inspected our roof. Found the problem and gave us options on what we wanted to do. We decided since the roof was about 25 years old that we would go ahead and replace. It was a complete tear off and re-roof. They actually were able to start and complete the job early.
