We found a leak,so called Timbercrest. They came out the next day and inspected our roof. Found the problem and gave us options on what we wanted to do. We decided since the roof was about 25 years old that we would go ahead and replace. It was a complete tear off and re-roof. They actually were able to start and complete the job early. Timbercrest Roofing and Siding is professional in every aspect. Tim, the project manager was there from the first step to the end overseeing the project. Great communication, was informed of all stages of work. Tim handled all the insurance requirements which was a huge relief for me. Timbercrest was really a joy to work with - Tim was our account manager and made our experience great. We had both our roof AND siding done. He was very patient with all the back and forth with our insurance company and helped as a liaison to ensure that we got a fair shake on our claim. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there were a couple times the siding job was delayed because insufficient materials were ordered.
