I lived there for almost 6 years, my apartment was very nice, they took care of the property and the grass was always so pretty and green. Back when Miss. Letty was the manager, she was a very nice lady, I really liked her, I hated it when I found out that she had left, then there were a few other managers after her, but they didn't stay too long. The manager kasandra picks favorites and does not do anything to help the ones that do not gossip to her. I lived there two years, kept to myself and when I left I left furniture and other stuff for people that needed it to just take and even though it was pretty much all cleaned out by people that needed it, my deposit was still taken and they're trying to say I owe them another $500. Don't live here if you like being treated with respect and like a human being. Would give no stars if I could
The apartments are nice and clean, and reasonable. The staff at Timber Creek are friendly and they always have something fun going on! The maintenance man; Clay is very sweet and he will go out of his way to help you!
Tammy is absolutely unprofessional and childish. This apartment complex is trying to run off good paying tenants. I suggest you avoid this apartment complex if you want a good manager.
