I have been living at Timbercreek for almost a year now. I dont plan on renewing my lease. Its just too ghetto. I love my apartment, dont get me wrong. The people in my building is quiet and respectful. But some of the kids in the apartment complex are ruthless. One kid jumped on my car. The maintence staff is nice and the fix things promptly. One word - NO. Can we say ROACHES? And FLEAS? And Poor Plumbing (the hot water will not turn off). Poor insulation. Noisy neighbors at all hours of the night. Worthless appliances (the dishwasher never has worked). For \$700 a month you can stay at InnTown Suites and have a nicer place to live. They tow your guests vehicles for a nice sum of \$125. Theres plenty of other complaints I have as well. Im leaving this place way before my lease is up. They can just take me to court - Im not staying here any longer. DONT RENT THIS ... read more
I think that Timbercreek is a very comfortable place to live. I currently only pay 594.00 per month and i love my apartment. There is more than enough room for me and my daughter. The closet and cabinet space is huge. I must admit that my biggest problem is the parking, in three years that is my biggest complaint. There just isnt enough, and the towing company is fast to tow anyone without a parking pass. My lease is up in February and I have already signed a 16 month renewal and intend to stay until I can afford my house. I... read more
