I called for an estimate, the date & time was scheduled for 11-1 the next day. After 1pm passed I called to confirm they were still coming. They didn’t bother to call me and let me know they weren’t able to make it. They wanted to reschedule for the next day but I declined. I wasted the morning & didn’t go to work for them to not show. I won’t be using this unprofessional service. After seeing another bad review of this company, it looks like communication is lacking.
I had spoke to her WEEKS ago about trimming my trees, just to get a quote not to actually do the job. Yes she had a great price but there was no contract agreement set up or a follow up call. The owner and her crew just showed up to my home about to cut my trees! I never called her and she never called me. Again there was no contract signed and all she said was "Oh good thing you were here." They never called to ask to do the job or even knock on my door. Very nice couple! Showed up when they said they would, which is a big plus for us. We've experienced no call/no shows from many companies in this town. They gave us a great price, and went above and beyond our expectations, making sure they did the job right. They even hauled off some old limbs for us, along with what they had cut. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Timber Wolf. 5 stars!
