I live in Massachussets, and last Monday we had a large tree come down and smash our roof during a blizzard. Thru my insurer ( Chubb) they managed to have a team on hand 2 days later, when most of the state still wasn't functioning. This was a very difficult job, as access to the downed three was thru our yard, which was covered in 3 ft of snow, with 4 ft drifts. Tree fell in front of house Christmas morning and every claim agent was on vacation. As soon timber warriors got my claim the process got lot easier. Easy questions to better understand my situation and quick respond time. There was only half a day of a weather break between storms but they in and out without a single drop on their head.
