Removal of fallen tree was my concern. The tree was humongously tall and wide. Wasn't aware tree cutting was so expensive. My question is why Trunk is still lying in my backyard? Why I had to pay $450 for removal of logs cut from tree, and placed at the edge of my property in the front of my house. I had to pay another company. I am very dissatisfied with this phase. Tree fell after a storm and despite me already getting a quote from a tree company we have used previously, our insurance suggested we get a quote from these guys. We figured another quote wouldn't hurt so we accepted. A day after speaking with them, they came and looked over the damage. They said they would give the insurance the quote (we later learned they solely work for the insurance company) and would give us one as well.
