This Place is Horrible This place is horrible. I have taken my pets there on three times in an emergency of sorts because they were close and open. All three times I was not happy with the way they treated the pets and the cost was out of this world. On January 28,2011 I decided it may be time to put my 20 year old cat to sleep. I wouldn't use again. I wish I knew more about cats when I was using their services. I was given two cats and took them to Banfield to get their annual shots and checkups. One cat's blood work came back abnormal, and wound up costing me at least $1,000 in bills before they realized she was allergic to grass. They originally said she had leukemia. I also found out that they gave her overdoses of practically every vaccination when they faxed her records to another vet. The other cat eventually was put to sleep when they misdia... read more
The best for pet supplies I go to this store anytime I need pet supplies. The employees are knowledgeable and they do an excellent job dog grooming. I know anytime I have a question about anything I know they will be able to help me.
Doggie Day Spa Great place to go when you need pet supplies. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their dog grooming is very high quality and reasonably priced. Even the price of shots here is a fair price. Plus you can bring your dog into shop and pick them up a special treat. My dog always likes to go for a ride and this is a fun place to go...

There Are Much Better Vets in Ocala We had brought our dogs to Banfield for years. They had previously had a female vet who was very good, but she left. Unfortunately, we stayed with Banfield. In 2004, we brought our healthy 6-year-old dog in for a routine dental cleaning at Banfield. She died during the procedure. The vet in charge was Dr. Eduardo Arellano. Obviously, we never went back. Convenience Banfield Vet is located on the premises of Petsmart in Ocala on College Road. The best thing I can say about Banfield is that it is very convenient, making it easy to shop for food and other items for your pet in one stop. The negative part of Banfield is the lack of help and wait for service.
No More Corporate Owned Animal Clinics The people that work @ Banfield are very nice, however, it is a corporate owned clinic and they are pressured in to pushing medications and treatments that may not be necessary! Plus, I took my dogs there several times and not once did I receive a follow up call to see how they were. I miss Dr Addison, in Lake City!
