Great complex with great management. Arika is a fantastic property manager and does well at ensuring everything is in order. The maintenance team is also excellent—even a non-urgent issue like a refrigerator lightbulb going out is resolved either the same day or the next. The amenities are also quite nice. The gym is well-equipped enough for me to reconsider my gym membership, the pool is active in the summer and full of grills/seating/TVs, and the common areas are themed nicely. There are 2 major concerns you should consider before signing a lease: 1. PACKAGE THEFT is a real issue. I had a package worth over $100 stolen. I had proof of delivery, including a photo with the date and time clearly marked. Unfortunately, we were out of town, so the package sat on the package rack for a few weeks before it was stolen. What was especially alarming was that the property manager told me the security camera does NOT actually capture the package area. Had an amazing 4.5 years at Timber Valley before moving out of state. Maintenance, management, housekeeping staff is all top notch. Community room is fantastic for parties. Movie theatre, pool, private office space. No apartments amenities on west side compete with TV.
A truly excellent apartment complex so far. I have been living at Timber Valley for ~3 months. This review may be updated later. Staff: Responds within the hour. Very helpful and direct. Maintenance: The 2 requests I made were literally solved in the morning of day after I submitted them. Location: Peaceful and quiet. As a runner, I love how safe the area is, and how many paths there are in the surrounding neighborhoods. It is also ~10 minutes away from west Madison.
