Had an amazing 4.5 years at Timber Valley before moving out of state. Maintenance, management, housekeeping staff is all top notch. Community room is fantastic for parties. Movie theatre, pool, private office space. No apartments amenities on west side compete with TV.
A truly excellent apartment complex so far. I have been living at Timber Valley for ~3 months. This review may be updated later. Staff: Responds within the hour. Very helpful and direct. Maintenance: The 2 requests I made were literally solved in the morning of day after I submitted them. Location: Peaceful and quiet. As a runner, I love how safe the area is, and how many paths there are in the surrounding neighborhoods. It is also ~10 minutes away from west Madison. Sound: Apartments are not as soundproof as previous places... read more

We’ve lived here for years and continue to enjoy the many amenities and beautifully maintained landscaping and common areas. The grand lobby is a great spot to relax, enjoy complimentary coffee or tea, and pick up a book from the library. The clubhouse is perfect for hosting gatherings with family and friends, and the fitness centers, game room, movie theater, and tanning/sauna rooms add so much to everyday living. I've been living at Timber Valley for a few months and absolutely love it here. I have lived at Deco Apartments, Tuscany Apartments, among others, and Timber Valley is by far the best. The apartment units themselves are fantastic and the clubhouse with ALL the fun amenities is the best out there (Sauna, two fitness rooms, tanning bed, massage chair, theatre room, etc).
