We've been here a couple years and enjoy the amenities and the beautiful public common spaces, e.g. clubhouse, hallways with Native American/western themed art and photography, plus the two fitness rooms, game/party rooms, movie theatre, outdoor pool/bar with TVs and numerous gas grills provide a vacation like feel to living here. Nice landscaping too.
We moved here in the spring and absolutely love it here! Very dog friendly and nice having the dog park on-site. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. We live on middle floor and havent had any issues with noise above or below, or with dogs and/or babies from either side even though they are there. Lots of amenities that we sometimes feel like we are in a resort rather than apartment complex. Keep up the good work!
I loved living here! The apartment complex was well taken care of, nice and updated appliances, friendly and wonderful staff, I couldn’t have picked a better place to live. On the snowy days or the days I didn’t feel like driving, Timber Valley offered a lot of activities on site to help cure my boredom lol. I highly recommend this place! It’s a tremendous spot to call home.
I lived at Timber Valley for almost three years before purchasing my home. We absolutely loved living here. The property is beautifully maintained, the gym(s) and pool area are kept clean and well managed so there are never any crazy parties, and the management is quick to respond and act accordingly if any and all questions arise! I DO NOT recommend these apts ! The walls are super thin , can hear people’s conversations . When we first moved in the water was brown , since then they started flushing the pipes , and then the water was so full of chlorine it made my clothes yellow when I washed them , my cats wouldn’t drink the water because of the smell . Dishwasher never worked even though the maintenance came to “fix” it once . The manager “Arika” is NOSEY !
