The Property Management and the Management Company are very unprofessional and dismissive or residents. I moved into Timber Trace on the 30th of June 2025 and my experience has been terrible from the start. The apartment was not in the best shape at move in but that's actually the least of my concerns at this point. I now know why they have been so shady on the dog restrictions and harassing me to come to an appt after seeing these reviews. Thank goodness I saw their red flags. Don’t even start the application process. They are not honest, transparent, and up front on any details. They are now removed from my list of potential apartments for my niece and received only 1 star and a negative comment to warn future buyers all because they wouldn’t answer a dog question. Dodged a bullet with this one!
They will do all they can in their power to avoid talking you. Nobody answers the phone ever. Very terrible service whoever’s working the front desk needs to be removed.
