I had the best expirence from Timber Town Harley Davidson here in Salem oregon. I have been ready to get a Harley since last year. Off and on coming to the store to just look at the bikes. I always felt welcomed, never pushed by the salesmen. Today when we popped in The team rememberd us from those months of just popping in to take a look, called us by our names. Well don't walk in and tell them you are just looking from that moment on you will be treated like a leper it was even a put out for them to tell me if they had the bike I wanted to look at my group of 6 will not return and we all have Harleys but I guess they don't need future sales
Updated: almost the entire front of house staff has quit/been replaced. The new guys seem to be more interested in glad handing and trying to tell customers what they want to hear instead of providing accurate information. I've been there three times since the change and had a frustrating and extremely disappointing experience each time. I don't think I'll be going back. Original post: Bought both of my harleys here.
