Renter Beware!!! We recently reserved dates for a cabin managed by Timber Tops. We paid the deposit online. We were never told that by paying the deposit, we were authorizing Timber Tops to charge our credit card for the remaining balance on the rental. They did not have our signature on anything. But, before we returned a signed agreement, they charged our card for the remainping balance! They didn't bother to notify us beforehand that they were sending the charge through.
