Please Please Please don’t be fooled into renting from these apartments, the staff is the sweetest until you have a maintenance request . Soon as you put in a request for maintenance to service the until the open the work order and send an email saying your request is in progress but the maintenance never show up I’ve had to send in the same request for months , the maintenance man are 2 old guys and are overworked and barely speak English making it hard to communicate the issues within the unit and when the maintenance fina... read more

I live here helping my grandma they always asking for extra money and locking the gym when it’s supposed to be open they let randoms in the gate so they could use our pool nothing hasn’t been updated not the gate nor the code I feel the tendons who actually live there should have cards to get inside the gate,gym and pool as well as the washroom the trash is always overflowing the ladies that are new/ old inside the office aren’t kind they’ve changed the Wi-Fi password when last year it was just public Wi-Fi for our community... read more
I lived here for 4 years. DONT MOVE HERE. The apartments have roaches REALLY BAD , cars get broken into. Men and teenagers outside smoking weed& shooting dice. Fighting. Shootings every week. Horrible neighbors, only one trash can that gets full. I finally got out and now they haven’t refunded my deposit or even sent an Itemized deduction list in the mail and it’s been over 30 days so prepare to take them to court. AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COSTS.Roaches are a BIG problem here.Management has no clue what theyre doing and most of the time disrespectful if your not Mexican or Latino. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS PLACE OR YOUR UNIT MANAGEMENT WILL IGNORE YOU AND DO NOTHING TO HELP. Work orders get completed without them actually doing the work.Stay away from here and or anything managed by willhoit properties.
