They may be a decent tree service but setting up an appointment was hard and then Dustin was a no-show for the appointment, that I needed to leave work early to make. And there was no followup or text letting me know he couldn't make it. So I used a different company to remove the trees.
Timber Ridge allowed a stranger to put my property in his name. He called without my premision. Took his name, phone number and email adding my home address for his request for an estimate. Not my request his. Earlier that evening my neigbor introduced me to him as the man who cuts trees . He took it upon his self to call them . Gave Timber Ridge my adrress with his email address, phone number proceeded to make the appointment for an estimate without my knowledge.
