My mother is currently sitting at Timber Ridge with no heat. The temperature outside is 48 degrees. Her dishwasher has not been operational in 8 months. She has made the property manager, David Melton, aware of these issues. My mother is one of MANY residents living in apartments with issues left unfixed. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone as long as the property manager is useless.
Great place to live!!!!

Too many inspection very little freedom to do or have what we want in the apartment at any given time they change the rules and want us to immediately comply
