Poor maintenance and customer service!! My mom lives there currently and has been away with family when arriving back at the apartment there was no way for a 78 year old to enter the apartment without possibly falling! She was told by the manager it is not the maintenance or their responsibility to clear an entrance to her unit due to snow and ice ! That’s one of a long list of things! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANY ELDERLY PERSON !! Sincerely Frustrated
My mother is currently sitting at Timber Ridge with no heat. The temperature outside is 48 degrees. Her dishwasher has not been operational in 8 months. She has made the property manager, David Melton, aware of these issues. My mother is one of MANY residents living in apartments with issues left unfixed. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone as long as the property manager is useless.
