Recommend! My son stayed at Timber Ridge during the 2023/2024 school year. Tomi the manager, was great to work with. Any maintenance issues we had were addressed expeditiously. It was reassuring to know that Tomi was onsite and available if needed.
Apartment manager is not professional. No matter what happens, that place is a business first and she definitely does not know how to professionally run a business. She talks about residents to other residents and does not handle situations with class. It is very hard to get anything fixed. It would take months for us to get anything taken care of. We had mold in the bathroom, holes in our ceilings from water leaks and our a.c. and heat were always messing up. So, rent would get raised almost every year and NOTHING would get... read more
