Water is off at least once a week for more “emergency repairs”. Derelict stairwells have been closed off for months. Miscellaneous cleaning fees and credit card surcharges. They don’t have the money to fix the property but can hire a towing company to patrol their parking lot.
Girls in the office are very helpful
So far so good. Been here a few months with my toddler and husband. I feel safe here and really haven’t had any problems. We got a good deal on our unit and I like being on the third floor. Our appliances are a little older, but they work so no problem. Any time we have had issues with something requiring maintenance, it has been handled quickly and efficiently. Love these apartments..and the staff that runs the apartments are so helpful and friendly
Moving is already difficult 😕 🙃 but add Christmas and a move in date where Texas decided to do one of its' only snow days - talk about stress. However, the leasing staff, maintenance, and neighbors have all made this SO pleasant and inviting for us. I'm so very consoled that I have a home here for many years. And cannot wait until this summer when our girls 😍 can enjoy all the amenities!
