1625 W Timber Ridge Lane, Oak Creek, Wisconsin My name is Jane, I have lived here for 1 year, with no pets. I am single. I decided to leave this apartment since the maintenance is really poor. I am a student so I have very few things around the apartment, thus I am very clean and tidy. After I left, the management refused to return my deposit back and said that I have over used the carpet and its not clean. I would love to take them to court but I cant afford a lawyer so I have to loose my $800 deposit and move on. Next time... read more
DO NOT GO THERE, SERIOUSLY .......... or bite the bullet and find out for yourself. I dont want to get sued or anything so I edited and deleted my long list of complaints. Will post here after I leave the apartment. Very frustrated with maintenance and management. Esp the ladies in the front office, oily snakes. They don't listen to customer frustration, even though they have a smile that can blind your vision. Don't go there! – Well, the management - are incompetent. They have no idea what the lease says. A disabled veteran was unable to get to his lower floor apt due to just-moved-in folks and their friends loitering in the hallway,laying on the steps, smoking and spitting in the common area and would not move easily or willingly to allow him to pass. When the vet complained to management ,he was ignored. When the vet refused to give male pain medication, he and his wife harassed the vet to the point of false accusations. They ha... read more
Don't Be Fooled – At first glance you may find Timber Ridge Apartments an inviting place to live, however, do not be fooled. The management lack of attention to detail makes living here an unpleasant experience. If you enjoy having the following problems sing a one-year lease! o Poor Snow Removal o Walking in dog feces because they do not enforce their rule of picking up after pets, about half of tenants do not follow this rule. o There is the other half of tenants that do throwaway feces in waste receptacles however the rec... read more
