I love living here, but the new manager is absent when needed and does not send phone to answering service. She lacks the enthusiasm the last manager had.
I have lived here at timber ridge for 2 1/2 years and i have had the most wonderful experience living there. The staff there is great and very friendly. Its a very quiet complex no one bothers me there and i enjoy it. When i put in a work order for something to be taken care of in my apt. Ginger or Rose always follow threw with their orders, i have never waited more than a day or two for a work order to be completed. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an apt. the most horribles place to livetap water is gross and it smellspeople have stoled my gas from my carstoled my oil from my carwhats worse they have stolen my car from these apartmentsthe apartment gates are always opennoisy neighborsowners dont clean up after their dogs messand an overpopulation of cats
I have been here for 2 months shy the lease term. Its quiet, well kept. The pipes make some noise with hot water usage but if you turn up the faucet, it stops. The management is not annoying, like other experiences I have had. There is an overpopulation of cats, but I reported a litter had on my patio and they promptly took care of it. I have had a great exp, am considering resigning...I hated apts when I moved in, that says something. I definately recommend them.
