This place has been plagued with horrible management. I have lived here for more than five years. The current office person is named tony. He does absolutely nothing but get into everyone s business. The office hours state that he s in 8 am until 4pm but he s only there a few hours of the day. The current maintenance worker Jesse is very lazy. Her name is Kim. She is horrible, barely available at the office. I lived here for over a year. After I moved out, she sent me a bill for changing whole new carpet for whole living room and kitchen areas. I just dropped CAKE MIX on the small kitchen carpet area. When I asked her, she said it could not be washed??!!! I accepted to pay over \$800. However, I called here and left messages to work out the deal.
