The management here is very kind and friendly, although the rent is really high in some units, the actual pace itself plus the amenities makes it worth it
I lived in Timber Ridge Apartments in Waupaca, WI for 3 years before moving into a house in Shiocton, WI in July 2025. The apartment and overall complex was very clean, quiet, had great ammenities (attached garage, washer/dryer, all major appliances in great condition), and well maintained by Neil and his group (especially plowing in the winter). I love the atmosphere of the Timber Ridge apartments. Nice neighborhood, good neighbors, and excellent staff. Neil is the maintenance man, he is always working hard to keep our apartments in good shape.
