Management is very helpful and such a great place to live. Also very nice to be able to have my lab live there also, not many apartments allow bigger dogs.
Dryer issue. Maintenance (Neil) was to our apt. within a day as i sent the request late in the day. Emily (manager) ordered new dryer immediately and new dryer was delivered promptly. Excellent job by management and maintenance. Tks.
The staff are always responsive to any concerns we have, top notch maintenance and property manager!
I put in a Maintenance Request when I realized my heat wasn't working. Shortly after that Neil called and said he would be over soon to check the problem. He came soon after the call. He analyzed the problem and resolved the issue. He was congenial and friendly.
