Tyler was amazing. We toured a unit yesterday and he was very thorough, communicative, and transparent. He didn't pressure us to move forward with the rental process, as we were looking at other apartment complexes and he understood both our financial and lifestyle situations! If you can afford it, I highly recommend these apartments.
I hate everyone that works at the leasing office. They don’t ever help you and if they do, it takes them hours and days to get back to you. They only help you if you’re trying to get into the apartment, and once you become a resident, they literally dont care. Never had any good experience with this apartment besides maintenance people who are actually nice and get things fixed quick.
