I lived at the eagle River location for 1.5 years. -Management changed over and is horrible. The main manager talks to us all as if he is superior to us. I lived here with a roommate who had a dog. While our dog was always leashed, many other dogs in the complex were not. On one occasion, an unleashed dog bit my roommate’s dog. We reported the incident to the office. Within days of the report, two of my roommate’s tires were stabbed. I moved out shortly after. Parking is also limited. Although many residents park along the side of the lot when spaces are full, I received a sticker on my windshield warning that my car would be towed. The sticker was difficult to remove.
