We contacted this company back in March about coming and building a fence around our back yard. They sent us a contract and asked for half the amount in order to start about two weeks after giving us a quote. A week later, we sent both the check and contract to them. I recently had a fence installed and after reading a few of the other posts, i agree with the communication issues. Fence looks great, and once they were here, they did a great job. I also waited more than 60 days. I shopped prices and Timber Ridge was by far the least expensive. Great product, need to communicate better.

Installed fence and never finished the job. A year later and they were suppose to paint within 30-90 days. I contacted them multiple times and can not get them to return call or email to finish the job. Very disappointed.

My fence project was a 2 part install. For the first phase, I would give them 5 stars. They were friendly, professional, and clean. The fence install was flawless and they a great job installing my fence. The second phase is where I have issues. They booked me 2 months out. I get it, they are busy and a main crew member had real health issues. My complaint is the communication. I had a voicemail as the time came near to start that they would be out on Monday. No show.
