Timber ridge is GREAT! I just moved in and everything was perfect. Management is amazing. They are really nice here. They make sure you all set before you move in. You can do a tour before even moving in to see if this is the place you’d want to call home! For this being my first apartment I’d say it’s perfect. Just moving in. Very impressed with Shelley, the property manager thus far. Answered all of my questions within a day if not sooner. Didn’t leave me astray or guessing like a lot of rental property managers do. Scott, the maintenance guy was very friendly and informative. Appears to be very quiet and friendly community. Nice location as well. Hoping this will be a great living experience!!
I have lived at Timber Ridge for over 2 years. I decided to move into a bigger apartment in the same building in October and have been having ongoing plumbing issues since October. The maintenance team here has looked at it often, and they found a root in the drain last month. A plumber now has to come in to fix the issue but corporate is not bringing in a plumber to do the work that the people on site don't have the tools for.
