My building has had a water outage every single month since I moved in and I’ve only been here 7 months. It’s inhumane and unprofessional. I’ve left emails with no response I have visited the leasing office with my concerns and problems. This is a clear situation of our landlord and maintenance workers using a temporary fix on a permanent problem . Something needs to be done .
Great office management response to any concerns immediately . The maintenance man are amazing . The maintenance supervisor is Just phenomenal.very understanding .very professional and very helpful when needed thank you timber oaks team. y’all are great.
Special thanks and shout out to new leasing agent (Ellie) and assistant property manager (Natali) for putting together all the work orders I requested and making sure they all get completed. I know they just switched over management so I am trying to give them the benifit of the doubt. I have been having issues with payment, website/ payment portal has been confusing, they have the wrong phone number listed online or nobody answers (it goes to a full voice-mail box), nobody has called me back to answer my questions.
