Very poor management and all the water pipes are completely awful. There was no water at one point for days! The “maintenance guys” are completely awful at doing their job and get nothing done. The halls smell completely disgusting. There’s rain water leaking through ceiling and took them months to fix!. Parking lots are also in poor condition. Instead of threading people to get their vehicle towed who live here and do pay rent, how about go and fix the water pipes instead.
Cheap apartments in quiet area
I see why there's so many bad reviews now. Don't pay application fee until you get everything in writing! Was lied to by staff there multiple times, waste of time and money.
if you move here, make sure you triple check that your apartment has been thoroughly cleaned from the previous tenants and that your appliances aren’t gross and moldy. we moved in a few months ago and noticed that nothing was deep cleaned. there was grimey stuff on the light switches in the kitchen, the blinds are covered in grime and our dishwasher had disgusting gunk on the bottom of it and there’s like mold along the lining as well as it’s about 15 years old. we’ve been now waiting a month for an answer about getting a ne... read more
