I know they just switched over management so I am trying to give them the benifit of the doubt. I have been having issues with payment, website/ payment portal has been confusing, they have the wrong phone number listed online or nobody answers (it goes to a full voice-mail box), nobody has called me back to answer my questions. New Management and I've just moved in. The Maintenance Engineer (Albert) and the Property Manager (Josh) were instrumental in repairing my screen, ceiling fan and helped with the assembly of my desk!!! This is the place to move if you want professional and fast management of your apartment.
