I wanna send a shout out to maintenance ( Josh & Kevin ) they came and fixed my hot water tank fast and prompt. They came saw I had issue and before I could blink they had finished. To top it off they even mopped my kitchen for me. Thank you so much!

Very poor management and all the water pipes are completely awful. There was no water at one point for days! The “maintenance guys” are completely awful at doing their job and get nothing done. The halls smell completely disgusting. There’s rain water leaking through ceiling and took them months to fix!. Parking lots are also in poor condition. Instead of threading people to get their vehicle towed who live here and do pay rent, how about go and fix the water pipes instead.
Cheap apartments in quiet area
I see why there's so many bad reviews now. Don't pay application fee until you get everything in writing! Was lied to by staff there multiple times, waste of time and money.
