I know they just switched over management so I am trying to give them the benifit of the doubt. Price not bad but u will get what u paid for. Man these people in the office never stay longer then 6 months. The new person just rude but I don’t bother them because I know how they are if you need something fix don’t expect it to get it done. They will look at you life u crazy. Best thing if u do decide take pic an when u leave do what u think is best
If I could give Timber Oaks a rating, it would always be a zero. This apartment complex not only moves people into uninhabitable conditions but also engages in fraudulent practices. If you live here document everything!!!!!!! Certify mail and take pictures! Keep for your records even the smallest of things. I urge you to report them to the city and the Equal Housing Opportunity office.
