This place is not worth the money. Apts are noisy, you hear everything the tenants above you are doing. Train tracks are so close it sounds like the train's are coming through the parking lot all times of the day and night, blaring their horns. My vehicle has been broken into and vandalized. No security, gates are broken more time than not. Don't expect to park close to your apartment unless you pay extra for a parking spot, you will have to park by the office and walk,and their towing policy is absolute BS. Highly recommend Magnolia View Apartments! This was a huge move for my family , and the staff is so friendly and helpful . Lacey was professional , kind and supportive during this entire transition. I never knew this type of seamless transition was possible. Our spacious and very clean 3 bedroom apartment was so inviting. Thank you Magnolia View
Lacey was great! She showed us the unit with the floor plan we wanted. The area was great. The spacing of the apartments didn’t feel crowded at all. Love the double sinks in the bathroom and the walk in closet. Overall the whole place felt comfortable. Definitely one to consider when we move here.
When in the office today to inquire about renting a unit and Lacey in the front office was wonderful! She answered every single question I had! The property was nice and clean and smelled great! I will definitely be applying!
