Everything was perfect EXCEPT... When I moved out. I lived there for 4 years and the staff was generally pretty understanding. Maintenance would be really quick to help with any work orders (Cliff is the best). It was an awesome place to live. However, when I moved out I was charged with a replacement washer/dryer fee. My apartment never had one, just the hook ups. I have sent MULTIPLE emails, even providing evidence of pictures when I first moved in and my lease showing I was never charged for it. The worst apartments around- DO NOT DO IT 1. My AC unit leaks in my tub-imagine taking a shower with dirty water coming from the pipes. I have had to date 3 service requests and maintenance can’t fix it. (I’ve only been here 2mos) 2. AC then doesn’t work in one of the bedrooms and I have had to result in leaving the window open for air. Imagine your unit blasting to 60 and room reads 85 on a hot Texas day. Something with the vent is off- maintenance said it’s fixed 😞 3. Trash, dirt left on the stairwells from residents when... read more

This has been Home for me for the past five years and it has been nothing but amazing everybody from the front office to the maintenance!!! They’ve all been wonderful!!! Renewing again such a great place to call home!!
