This was one of the most unpleasant experiences that I’ve ever had in a retail environment. Everybody’s attitude was unpleasant and snarky. I had a piece of scrap wood cut at this place. I told the kid 24 x 36, 2‘ x 3‘, he cut it to 24 x 30. A mistake. No big deal. I go back and ask for them to take the same piece of scrap and cut it to the right size not being accusatory whatever. Popped into Stayner Timber Mart to pick up some low expansion spray foam insulation. Tony (hope I’m getting this name right) made a suggestion which was very helpful in the moment. I’ve shopped here before and have found all the staff to be knowledgeable and very helpful.
