Cait was amazing. Very patient, kind and personable.
Unfortunately I can not recommend this office. I received a $700 bill in the mail because the office did not enter my correct insurance information. After verifying with the office that this mistake was made, and sending the correct information multiple times over the course of several months and receiving no verification that my insurer was even contacted, I received notice that I would be taken to collections for nonpayment. I have never had such a poor experience with billing at a healthcare provider before.
While I have always had a good experience with an actual doctor, the administrative side of this facility is absolutely terrible. It truly affects care when you can't get a prescription refilled or information about insurance changed etc. We truly need another option in our area. It's also worth noting that there is very frequent doctor turnover.
The whole team was welcoming and made the entire process super easy. Olivia especially was extremely helpful and kind!
Best help we’ve received, they are understanding, great at listening, explained things in a way that made sense and are very thorough. We’ve seen allergists before and not had much luck. Very relieved to have found Carly Marino, she really knows her stuff.
