WOW! I was not prepared to find such an efficient, organized, and effective medical practice. Not only was my initial visit very thorough, they also were able to do skin testing for allergies, confirming the negative results of prior blood testing (Mayo Clinic). We literally hit the ground running, Dr. Zacovich ruled out many concerns, and led a new path of investigation which I hope will be fruitful, and we have embarked on that. Office staff is horrible, doctors are suddenly "unavailable" when needed. They will mess up medications and refills and leave you stranded without medication. The office and waiting area is loud and overcrowded. Making money is prioritized over patients. This is the only allergist in state but I still don't recommend going to them. They really don't care about anyone but themselves.
I’m generally not someone who leaves negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. My 9-month-old daughter was referred to this clinic for allergy care. Scheduling was easy, and the initial intake process was efficient. I uploaded our insurance information weeks in advance and even called the office the week prior to confirm that everything had been received and reviewed, specifically because we have a NYS marketplace plan and were traveling from out of state.
