We enlisted Van at Local Realty to help sell my Mom's house and acreage and it turned out to be the best decision we could have possibly made. I would give Van a 10 if I could! Van is honest, down to earth. and easy to talk too. He is patient with questions, is up front with everything, and not pushy. Highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying.

Amazing Real Estate agent. Picked up the phone right away on the first call answered any and all questions we had . We saw property on Friday by next Friday we signed and closed the deal. On the top of things very sharp and Knowledgeable. Answered every call and every message even on the weekends and evenings right away.Highly recommend him! Customer service 10+!

We’re so thankful we found Van! We knew we were in good hands from the initial call. He really knows the area and the market, was always easy to reach with a quick call, and gave us honest input that we knew we could trust.
