Ordered flowers for delivery and they got delivered to the wrong person and they wouldn’t refund any money
My daughter ordered me flowers from here on Valentine’s Day ! With my correct address. They were delivered to the wrong address. When I went to get them from the lady that had them she was pretty upset that they were delivered to her not understanding that it was not my fault the florist is the one that delivered them to the wrong address!
I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered for Valentine's Day. I gave them the correct address and everything. They then delivered the wrong address. My mom had to go to the other persons house and the lady did not want to give up my MOMS flowers. They did not want to refund any of my money. Very disappointed as I used to go to this flower shop all the time. It used to be my go to. It will not be anymore especially after talking to the new owner. She was no help and kind of rude.
