Very nice grounds, great management, maintenance is always quick and very courteous. I have lived here for the past nine years and we are very happy. Dian is always on top of everything. I definitely recommend living here.

If I can put zero star for this apartment it will be…this apartment not only making ppl lives troublesome but also no tolerant to ppl lives…one and for all you put your car in the red zone with emergency light trying to move in suddenly your car got towed…the towing company is so ridiculously rude and heartless and the manager love to tow ppl cars no matter if ppl moving in or trying to drop off your car with your stuff…the towing company making accusations that I put my car for 40 minutes?! Timbers apartments I live there it's a nice place they have a pool it's kept very clean they have a great crew for doing repairs and they're on top of everything they also have a lot of rules and regulations not enough they raise the rent every year rent is out of control but it's like that everywhere Orange Orange County is very expensive to live in like I said the apartments are nice and like I said the staff is great
