This I've had apartments since 2004, this is by far the worse experience I've had. The quality of the apartment is terrible paint drips everywhere uneven floors, carpet that is pulling away from tax strips. They over water their grass so there is a big mosquito issue. As of right now they are doing top coat of the asphalt and for the second day this week we are forced to park in the street as we pay for our parking spot. Can't have guests without getting towed. We've been here about 1 year now. The office staff and repair workers are the greatest. The community is safe. Laundry and complex are clean. Blessed to live here.
A Fantastic, VERY SAFE, no drama, clean, super friendly, no nonsense, very well maintained and managed apartment complex. Complaints are minimum to none. Neighbors are great. We rented a 1 bedroom and it was a great experience. All staff members are friendly, professional and capable of maintaining a flare of life while creating a wonderful area I highly recommend Timbers appartment
I lived in timbers apartments 1993 to 2000 it was great apartments.
