UV Laser lite failed because laid upside down and 3 panels yellowed badly. Matthew could have fixed the problem for a few hundred dollars (from a $12k purchase) but refused to take responsibility even though the manufacturer told me they came from the same batch & the most probable cause was bad ‘workmanship’ which I should have been warrantied against. Extremely bad PR. I asked Mathew to reconsider his position before writing this review but he still refused. Mathew is just a very smooth talking salesman with no integrity.
