Christy has been so helpful throughout the entire process! I really appreciated how transparent everything was right from the start. Everyone was super friendly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured at any point. It made the whole experience feel much less stressful and way more welcoming.
They pushed for eviction because we were late paying our power bill and power was shut off. We were only ever late paying our power bill one other time, the year prior, but because it wasnt quite a year from the last time we were shut off (6 days away from what marked a year) they evicted us. People were actually freezing to death on the streets and our baby was due within the week. My boyfriend just moved in and the application process was so easy and smooth. Christy is excellent and was professional, kind and thoughtful. All our questions were answered thoroughly, and we knew this was the perfect place for his first apartment. Prices and accommodations are reasonable and well maintained!! Definitely recommend for any first time renters, or anyone looking for a well priced apartment in Wilsonville!
Timber Creek Village Apts. is a nice place to live. The manager there looks after the residents very well. Recently, I requested a maintenence issue to gave my kitchen stove serviced. It was done promptly.
