My boyfriend just moved in and the application process was so easy and smooth. Christy is excellent and was professional, kind and thoughtful. All our questions were answered thoroughly, and we knew this was the perfect place for his first apartment. Prices and accommodations are reasonable and well maintained!! Definitely recommend for any first time renters, or anyone looking for a well priced apartment in Wilsonville!
Timber Creek Village Apts. is a nice place to live. The manager there looks after the residents very well. Recently, I requested a maintenence issue to gave my kitchen stove serviced. It was done promptly.
I mean the first day we had a notice. We literally just moved in, barely know the rules. Not to mention the apartment is pretty god damn small. The only reason we had to have stuff on our patio is because it takes time to adjust to a new apartment. Especially one so small in comparison to most. Tho if ur living alone or with two it’s fine. And every single day really. Ur really going to give us noticed every single day over practically nothing and have the audacity to kick us out I’d understand if rent wasn’t paid. But I don’t think that was the issue, in fact we were not given a reason not on the note, or in person when my mother tried to reason with them. Me and my family lived at Village of Main Street for 13 years. Maybe had a few issues because we had small kids yet the Difference in respect from both complexes is crazy. Crazy how one can be so understanding and the other will try to kick you out over nothing. Village at Main Street was much nicer and blew this place out of the water yet they didn’t care as much.
