This dentist is awful. I’ve gone to him for a few years (always paying out of pocket and never needing any work other than regular cleanings). I have always thought his chair side manner was less than ideal, but his wonderful staff made up for it. However, after belittling and insulting me for not being able to pay out of pocket for both mine and my son’s x-rays at one visit (in front of my 4 years old son), I will never go back and highly discourage anyone else, especially with children, from taking your business here. When we moved to Fargo we started with another dentist. We ended up needing to change because some of the work I had done needed to be fixed. Dr. Sheils was able to fix the mistakes and now takes care of our whole family. Because it is a small team, it feels like the small town dentist I used to go to as a kid and I feel like they care.
Timber Creek Dental has a wonderful staff that works hard for your dental needs. They do a very thorough job and offer expert knowledge. They are very flexible with getting you scheduled. I’m so thankful for the work they have done.
