I feel so bad for these people in this neighborhood. They payed anywhere between 250-300k for a BRAND NEW house out here and there yards are horrible!. I drove through to check them out since it all used to be WOODS two years ago and man what a shame. NO sod looked alive so all dead, the backyards are a disaster. Spoke to a resident there and she said the staff at DR Horton won’t fix it cuz it’s not a warranty…what a shame
