Debbie was excellent and informative.
Scheduled a tour of these apartments and missed work just for no one to be at the leasing office. Did not get a phone call to try to reschedule or anything. Extremely unprofessional.
Would have given 4 stars back when I first moved in. Lived there for 3 years, never once had any maintenance done. Back door was jammed from the time I moved in and was never repaired, huge fire hazard, electrical sockets never repaired either. Didn't even do an inspection the first year. Then when moving out they tried to charge me to renovate the entire apartment all carpeting, wall etc. Would avoid at all costs many others are also moving out and they are trying to raise the rates for new tenants.
