Great place to start your day Everything is manicured, great Palm trees , very friendly staff very nice maintenance guys, short distance to the Beaches, almost 2 yrs in the complex , couldn't of picked a nicer place 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😁😎😎😎

I recently wrote a 5 star review when I first moved in from NY but this apartment has now gone to 1 star. I moved out within my first year. There is no security cameras or a gate or security guards and it’s an unsafe area.y motorcycle was stolen, straight up just hot wired and stolen out of the parking lot. Management could care less and did nothing to warn others or help in anyway. I then move out and am charged $160 of nit picking fees like $45 for unclean oven (it was clean I rarely used it and cleaned the apartment spotl... read more

The experience we had was great for the first year we loved it had no issues whatsoever. The year after was just dreadful...the neighbors upstairs moved out and the apartment took out the padding from the upstairs apartment we could literally hear everything that was going on within their apartment.... the staff is very biased toward certain people which I really didn't appreciate. We call to make complaints about the loud noises from upstairs but we were just told that we needed proof but when someone else complained about ... read more
