Poor customer service, lack of professionalism and Nova Credit. 1. The price listed on apartments.com is $869, but after fees it reaches to $984. There is a $31 “lease lock” fee that I’ve never heard of. 2. When applying, I could not use my bank account, had to use a debit card. 3. Their application process uses some company called Nova Credit. Nova Credit does not have a relationship with my financial institution, which has a bank.
