Poor customer service, lack of professionalism and Nova Credit. 1. The price listed on apartments.com is $869, but after fees it reaches to $984. There is a $31 “lease lock” fee that I’ve never heard of. 2. When applying, I could not use my bank account, had to use a debit card. 3. Their application process uses some company called Nova Credit. Nova Credit does not have a relationship with my financial institution, which has a bank. Stratford Properties has brought up four buildings in Mississippi . And let me tell you some of the worst PM and Managers work for them. They are bully's and you get nagging notice's every week. The use vogus excuses to see your apt . constant inspections. don't rent any apts from this company, The ads are fake and don't look nothing like the apartments they show you...
This apartment complex charges departing tennents to refurbish the apartment to the condition it was in on move in no matter how long the tennent has lived there. Everyone is required to pay for a professional carpet cleaning after move out no matter how clean the carpet is. In addition, if they can smell smoke they will charge you for painting the apartment and use of an ozone machine. These people do not understand the concept of "normal wear and tear."
