Working with Cyndy and Timber and Wool was nothing short of fabulous. Cyndy is truly an artist and helped us create a beautiful floor that we absolutely love! Our project wasn't easy yet with her knowledge and ability she was able to bring our vision to life :)
Ruby who is a Project Manager, helped me today in the showroom explaining about various things in their overwhelming inventory of samples. They have flooring of all types, carpet of all types, and soon, window coverings of all types. Ruby is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. Highly recommend her. Also the owner, Cindy, is an extremely helpful person.
We are so happy with every step in the process of recently buying carpet from Timber and Wool. They were helpful, efficient and followed through at every turn. we will definitely use them again.
My wife worked with Cyndi to narrow down the innumerable options available for replacing our old living room carpet. We went with wood flooring which, though made by a different manufacturer many years after our kitchen flooring was installed, exactly matched it and looks absolutely perfect! Jesse did a great job installing the floor, and employed intelligent and creative methods in moving our numerous heavy furnishings, which include a conservatory piano.
