Usually ok but I bought a router lift from them which has no instructions on mounting in to my own table. There is no video showing how to mount this in to any other table than the Sherwood model and no instructions I can find on the web. Waiting to hear from someone about how to do this but I have to say that I am feeling very frustrated by having to wait and wait for someone to call me. John has not been overly helpful thus far. Can not visit store due to living 2000km away so communication and delivery is paramount. Excellent in both areas. Email questions are promptly replied too. And I’m an avid watcher of the instructional videos they share online! ��
I ordered mid afternoon and it arrived in Launceston, Tasmania at 8.30am the next day. The Toll man even picked up the Newspaper from the driveway. Fantastic service.
