Used to be good but the customer service is now complete crap. I still haven't been contacted about an order that I emailed through to them almost a week ago. Sent them another email on Thursday asking them to contact me today. Still nothing. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've witnessed them just ignoring their customers, it now seems to be their standard operating procedure.
RecommendedFantastic service and freindly staff. Extremely willing to help out if a problem arrises. Really look after you with after sales service and prompt replacement of parts if needed. Nothing but praise for their help.
Items on their website are great however the customer service skills needs improvement. When you purchase bench crafted vises at a value of over $1650.00 and there is a problem with one of the items and that’s ok as sometimes things go wrong.
