Tim is a skilled and trustworthy advisor. Unlike many other lenders I have called, Tim did not play any games with the numbers to sell a loan that was not valuable to me. After making apple-to-apple comparisons between my existing loanand several refinancing options, Tim even advised against refinancing. I discovered Churchill by endorsements from Dave Ramsey, and based on my experience with Tim, I appreciate why he recommends Churchill. I highly recommend Tim and Churchill Mortgage.
