Tim helped me sell my house this year in record time. He got to work right away on it and the house was under contract within 48 hours for more than our asking price. He also checked in on me daily and let me know the next steps along with what to expect. I truly enjoyed the whole experience. I would recommend him to everyone!

I would absolutely recommend Tim Watson as your realtor. I would give him more the 5 stars if it were an option because he made selling my house appear seamless during all phases of the process. He is professional, timely in his communication as well as effective at explaining all the terms and steps involved. His knowledge of the market is exceptional. He was everything you would want in a realtor. Nice person.

Would highly recommend using Tim Watson. He was well prepared and provided services even prior to our home being listed. Took pictures, posted a coming soon video, and had agents prepped and notified weeks prior to us listing our home. We went live on 2/20/18 and closed on 3/23/18. There are other active listings in our neighborhood that have been listed for over a year. You cant go wrong utilizing his service. Thanks Tim! Would certainly use him again!

This guy is amazing. Heaven sent. I dont know how he got my number but he just called out the blue one day. I was really stressed about getting my property sold and was wondering how I was going to get more money than what it was actually worth. Then he called me asked my permissin to put it up on the listing, and with in a couple of months he had found a buyer and had it sold. This guy is good. I will be doing business with him for now on. Thanks again Tim!!!! He made it fast and easy very upfront and honest guy.
