Tim was great in helping me find my first home all on my own! He answered every question and even would answer my text and calls while he was out of town helping his daughter get set up for school. If you’re looking for someone who you can always count on, Tim is your guy!

With no appointment, i drove out to look at a piece of property to get a feel for the neighborhood. As soon as I got to the property I knew I was interested. Tim happened to be at the property to show it in a few minutes and asked if I wanted to see the inside. I said "I already have an agent but they aren't with me". He said "no problem" and took me inside. I fell in love with the house. I quickly called my girlfriend to come out and look at it. I called Tim back and explained that I needed to see it again.
