They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. No, I don't think so Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
