5 Stars for Tim and Steve! Being a military family, we needed realtors who truly had our backs—and Tim and Steve delivered. They expertly navigated us through a very tough negotiation with a challenging seller’s realtor, keeping everything on track. They got us over the finish line and secured our dream home. If you want a team that is top-tier, proactive, and fiercely dedicated, look no further!
After meeting with several agents in the Palm Springs area, we’re so happy that we decided to list with Tim and Steven. The weekly emailed reports of the status of the market in the surrounding areas was helpful. Although it took longer to sell than we anticipated, they were always there to reassure us that the right buyer would come along, and they did! We would definitely recommend Tim and Steven to anyone looking to list their home.
Selling and buying can be extremely stressful but not if you have Tim and Steven. They made the experience quick and easy and walked me through any problem that came up. Definitely a team that works with you.

Now that we have purchased our forever home and are starting the arduous process of remodeling, Tim and Steven are able to handle that too! Steven has exciting ideas and vision, and is helping us turn our needs ... read more
This was my fourth transaction with Steven and Tim. I wouldn't use anyone else for real estate. They are incredible, extremely knowledgable of area and they cover everything and then some when helping you buy or sell. Search for no one else!!
